History
The lodge and the trail are not the same record.
The lodge is a Pittsfield gathering house. The Pine Tree Trail is an older Maine route. Both names are preserved. Neither is used to invent the other.

Pine Tree Trail Lodge is the public name of the Pittsfield, Maine house: five bedrooms, shared living spaces, arcade, karaoke, patio, yard, and Pine Tree Trail Lodge Radio curated by HAAK. Booking evidence lives on the Airbnb and Vrbo listings already linked from the site.
The Pine Tree Trail is a separate public route. Maine’s 88th Legislature designated it in 1937, from Portland toward Fort Kent, and the name returned to the official state map in 2023. That history is not a claim that the lodge owns the trail.
